Alexander Dyukov

Alexander Dyukov was born on 13th December 1967 in Leningrad.

After leaving school in 1985 he studied in the Leningrad «Order of Lenin» Shipbuilding Institute.

From 1996 to 1998 Dyukov held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and General Director of JV St.Petersburg Oil Terminal CJSC.

In 1998 he worked as Economics Director and in 1999 was Acting General Director of  St.Petersburg Marine Port JSC.

In 2000 Dyukov returned to the St.Petersburg Oil Terminal as Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors.

In 2001 he received an MBA from the IMISP institute.

In February 2003 was appointed President of  AK Sibur JSC, and from July 2005 was simultaneously President of  AKS Holding JSC.

In November 2005 he resigned as President of AK Sibur, remaining President of AKS Holding.

Since December 2005 has been President of  SIBUR Holding JSC.

Since November 2006 has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of SIBUR Holding and President of Gazprom neft.
