Dmitry Konov

Dmitry Konov was born on 2nd September 1970 in Moscow.
In 1994 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and then worked in AKB International Finance Company.
From 1998 to 2000 worked in the treasury of YUKOS oil company.
In 2001 he received an MBA from the IMD institute.
From 2001 to January 2004 held the positions of Vice President - Head of Investment and Banking Department, and Managing Director of the Corporate Finance Directorate in AKB Trust and Investment Bank.
From February 2004 Mr. Konov held the posts of Adviser to the President, acted as Vice President for Strategy and Analysis, Vice President for Corporate Policy and Strategy, Senior Vice President for Corporate Policy and Strategy, Senior Vice President for Business Development – Head of Plastics & Organic Synthesis Business Unit at SIBUR group.
From November 2006 Mr. Konov is President at SIBUR group.
