Seppo Remes

Born 5 October 1955 in Finland. In 1984 graduated from Oulu University, and in 1994 from the Turku School of Economics ad Business Administration. Holds a Candidate of Science (Economics) degree.

Works as a consultant to KIURU LLC. Is a member of the Board of Directors of MRSK Volga, RAO UES of Russia, OGK-6 OJSC, Gidro OGK OJSC, Sistemnyy Operator OJSC, Severstal-avto OJSC, OMZ OJSC, Kirovskiye zavody OJSC and PONSSE OYJ (Finland). Is a founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of EOS Russia AB (Sweden).
