Kirill Seleznev

Born 23 April 1974 in Leningrad. In 1997 graduated from the D.F.Ustinov Baltic State Technical University as a specialist in impulse devices and automatic rotor lines. In 2002 obtained a degree in finance and credit from St.Petersburg State University.

In 1997-1998 was a manager at Baltic Finance Company LLC, St.Petersburg. In 1998-1999 was a technical analyst for money market instruments, specialist and lead specialist on securities in the Stock Operations Section of Investment-finance group Management, Investments, development OJSC in St.Petersburg.

From 1999 to 2000 was chief specialist of the investment coordination team at Marine Port of St.Petersburg OJSC in St.Petersburg. In 2000-1 was head of the Tax Group at Baltic Pipeline System OJSC, and then of the BPS branch Upper Volga Long-Distance Oil Pipelines OJSC in the town of Primorsk, Leningrad Oblast.

In 2001-2002 was Deputy Head of Staff of the Management Board and Assistant to the Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprom OJSC in Moscow.

From 15 April 2002 was Head of the Department of Marketing and Refining of Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons at Gazprom OJSC, Moscow. From 27 September 2002 was Head of the Department of Marketing and Refining of Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons, and a member of the Management Board of Gazprom OJSC, Moscow.

Since 20 March 2003 has been Head of the Department of Marketing and Refining of Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons, Member of the Management Board of Gazprom OJSC, and General Director of Mezhregiongaz LLC.

Since July 2004 has been a member of the Board of Directors of RAO UES of Russia.
