Large-size equipment delivery and unloading completed for ZapSibNeftekhim within the summer – autumn 2017 navigation season
During 2017, 305 items of large-size equipment for ZapSibNeftekhim deep hydrocarbon conversion complex were delivered to the industrial port of Tobolsk.
Tanks installed at ZapSibNeftekhim
Tanks of up to 200 cubic metres each have been delivered and installed at the ZapSibNeftekhim site. The tanks were made of both high-grade stainless steel and carbon steel, can bear significant loads, resist deformation, and are corrosion-resistant. The stainless steel tanks are chemically inert and do not react with the substances placed inside them.

Installation of spherical tanks commences at ZapSibNeftekhim
Installation of spherical tanks has started at the ZapSibNeftekhim complex for interim storage of liquefied petroleum gas (butadiene). The spherical tanks were manufactured and supplied by the Yekaterinburg-based Uralkhimmash plant.

ZapSibNeftekhim receives first delivery of Russian-made high-voltage transformers
Russia’s producer Power Machines – Toshiba. High-Voltage Transformers has completed the manufacture of four high-voltage autotransformers for the ZapSibNeftekhim complex currently under construction.

Installation of polypropylene storage silos commences at ZapSibNeftekhim’s logistics platform
Silos are being installed as part of the ZapSibNeftekhim logistics platform project. They will be used for interim storage of the facility’s finished products, polypropylene granules, prior to packaging. A total of 26 employees and 3 special machines are involved in the installation of the silos, each 24 metres long, 9 metres in diameter, and weighing 19 tonnes.

ZapSibNeftekhim starts assembly of key systems for its logistics platform
The pre-assembly of four silos, the key components of the Logistics Platform project, is now in progress on the ZapSibNeftekhim construction site. The silos with a capacity of 1 thousand  cubic metres each are designed for interim storage of the facility’s finished products prior to packaging – various grades of high- and low-density polyethylene granules, and polypropylene granules.

SIBUR and Cryogenmash have signed an agreement to build an industrial gas production facility at ZapSibNeftekhim (currently under construction).
