Born: 1985 in Moscow.
Graduated from the Moscow Banking School of the Central Bank of Russia and from the Moscow Academy for Industry and Finance. Holds an MBA degree and an ACCA and CIA certification.
Andrey joined SIBUR in 2010, where he was Business Assistant to two members of the Management Board and implemented a wide range of projects as Section Head within the Internal Audit Department.
In 2020, Andrey joined BIAXPLEN as Director for Economics and Efficiency Management. He was in charge of the areas identified in SIBUR's Management Action Plan (MAP) 2025, making sure that the MAP goals were efficiently cascaded downwards to BIAXPLEN’s pricing policy level and overseeing the implementation of a new operating model. He oversaw work aimed at ensuring long-term production resilience, exploring new sales geographies, and searching for copolymer and additive alternatives.
In 2022, Andrey was appointed BIAXPLEN's CEO. In this role, he continues to oversee the strategic development of the BOPP film business and further improvement of the company’s operating efficiency.
Born: 1976 in Moscow.
Graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management.
Alla joined SIBUR in 2008. In 2010–2021, she held several positions at the company, including Head of Hydrocarbons Supply, Manager and later Head of the Hydrocarbons Division, Head of Strategic Feedstock Supply and Head of Feedstock Supply and Operational Control.
Alla acted as Director for Feedstock Supply and Operational Control in 2017–2019, Director for Supply Chain Management in 2019–2020, and Head of Supply Chain Management in 2020–2021.
In 2021, she joined BIAXPLEN as Chief Operating Officer.
Born: 1976 in Krasnodar.
Graduated from Kuban State Technological University with a degree in Management and from Kuban State Agrarian University with a degree in Public Law. Prior to joining BIAXPLEN, Alexander has spent 23 years at Mars, working his way up from Sales Manager to Global Distributor Services Director.
In 2021, he was appointed Director for Sales and Technical Service at BIAXPLEN.
Born: 1985 in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
Graduated from Moscow Pedagogical State University with a degree in Pedagogy and Psychology. She joined SIBUR in 2013 and progressed from Senior HR Management Expert to HR Director at SIBUR International.
As HR Director at BIAXPLEN, Natalya is responsible for improving talent identification and development, succession planning, and HR process efficiency.
Born: 1972 in Zheleznogorsk, Kursk Region.
Graduated from Kursk State Technical University with a degree in Metalworking Machinery and Tools. Vladimir started his career as a maintenance officer before being put in charge of production nine years later.
Prior to joining SIBUR, he supervised production at a number of major Russian companies for over 15 years.
Vladimir’s tasks as Head of Production at BIAXPLEN include output scale-up, cost optimisation, and assortment expansion.
Born: 1987 in Yaroslavl.
Graduated from Yaroslavl State Technical University with a degree in Metal Technology. Concurrently, he received a degree in Economics. From 2007 to 2016, Timofey worked in mechanical engineering companies, such as Yaroslavl Diesel Equipment Plant (YAZDA), Komatsu and InTa-Centre), rising from a junior expert to the position of director for quality.
In 2016, Timofey joined Mondi, a flexible packaging manufacturer, where he became head of production in 2019. In 2022, he started working for BIAXPLEN as a project manager, and was put in charge of the Technology vertical in just two months.
Timofey has developed a number of unpatented innovations in equipment and process engineering. He is a two-time winner of competitions for the best quality management system and an author of the best improvement initiative among Yaroslavl Region industrial companies.
Born: 1984 in Togliatti.
Graduated from Togliatti State University with an engineering degree in Chemical Technology of Organic Substances. Pavel made significant career advancements at Togliattikauchuk (formerly owned by SIBUR), where he held several positions in chemical production and worked as a process engineer. For over seven years, he was in charge of health and safety, production control, civil defence and emergency response units at the Togliatti production site.
As Head of Health, Safety and Environment at BIAXPLEN, Pavel is responsible for developing long-term HSE plans and programmes, streamlining the environmental management processes, fostering safety culture among employees and contractors, and interacting with government authorities.
Born: 1988 in Kursk.
Graduated from the Russian State Social University with a degree in Social Work and from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration with a degree in Business Development Management.
In 2016, Artyom joined BIAXPLEN, where he rose from Sales Support Manager to Head of Customer Service.
In his current role as Head of Sales in Russia and the CIS, he implements ambitious tasks, helping the company reach new levels of customer relations and product range management, and achieve robust sales and profitability results in a rapidly changing market environment.
Born: 1989 in Cienfuegos, the Republic of Cuba.
Graduated from Yaroslavl State Technical University with a degree in Chemical Technology of Organic Substances. Andrey’s track record includes a seven-year stint at a production site in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he worked his way up from an engineer at a crude distillation unit to the head of production planning.
In October 2018, he joined SIBUR as a senior expert in the Economic Planning Unit within the Supply Chain function. In mid-2020, he was promoted to become a manager in charge of the production volume scheduling, sales and control of synthetic rubber business processes.
In his current role as Head of Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service, Andrey focuses on boosting the efficiency of production volume scheduling, managing end product flows and advancing Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service functions at BIAXPLEN.
