Business support

SIBUR maintains the following Business Support functions to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness and ensure the reliability and safety of our operations:

Construction, modernisation and remediation services are provided to SIBUR by divisions within the Group as well as by subsidiary service companies. SIBUR's priority in this regard is to continue developing this function as a standalone business support service and improve quality of service.

SIBUR's IT policy stipulates that development, deployment and servicing of enterprise-level information systems, as well as development and/or support of system functions such as programming, hosting and testing are outsourced to a specialist firm.
In 2015, IT-Service became part of the group's perimeter after SIBUR acquired it from Information Technology Service Company (ITSK), which was established jointly with Gazprom Neft in 2009. Today, IT-Service is a key provider of IT infrastructure support and development services to the petrochemical industry. The company comprises seven regional service centres. The reliability of all IT systems at SIBUR is ensured by more than 700 professionals in 14 Russian regions.

SIBUR raises USD 500 m in 5-year Eurobonds at 2.95%, the lowest coupon ever

SIBUR Holding, Russia’s largest integrated petrochemicals company, announces it has raised USD 500 m following the offering of 5-year Eurobonds on the Irish Stock Exchange. The coupon rate is 2.95%, which is  a record low for Russian corporate issuers. The coupon will be paid twice a year. The Eurobond proceeds will be used to optimise the Company’s loan portfolio and for general corporate purposes.
