Anton Matviyenko Appointed General Director of SIBUR-PETF

Anton Matviyenko formerly held as the deputy head of SIBUR’s Plastics and Organic Synthesis Directorate has been appointed General Director of SIBUR-PETF OJSC (based in Tver).

The outgoing head of SIBUR-PETF, Aleksandr Gorshilov, is now General Director of POLIEF OJSC (based in Blagoveshchensk, Republic of Bashkortostan).

These personnel changes are part of the management rotation programme within the SIBUR Group.

Anton Matviyenko was born on 20 April 1973 in Leningrad. He graduated from the St. Petersburg State Institute of Precision Mechanics and Optics as an optical engineer — physicist in 1995.

From 1996 to 2003 he was Deputy General Director of LLC Baltic Bunker Company, and in 2003–2004 worked in the Petersburg Oil Terminal JV as director of operations.

Matviyenko joined SIBUR in 2004.
