What the Customer Service Centre does

The CSC employee provides full support for transaction support from the moment the volumes and commercial conditions are agreed with the commercial business unit until the product is shipped to the client

Help to new customers

  • Quick registration on the e-commerce platform:
     
CREATE ACCOUNT
  • Registration of the customer/addressee with SIBUR’s record systems. Execution of a framework contract
  • Help with ordering and dispatch of free product samples

Support during the transaction

  • Processing the orders confirmed by the sales manager
  • Execution of addenda to the contract
  • Confirmation of the delivery schedule

Assistance with delivery

  • Payments oversight
  • Streamlining delivery, engagement with other responsible teams (logistics, production, warehouses)
