Nizhnekamskneftekhim’s supreme governance body responsible for decisions on the key material aspects of the Company’s operations defined in the Federal Law on Joint-Stock Companies and the Company’s Charter.

Responsibilities of the General Meeting of Shareholders include:

  • approval of annual reports and annual accounting (financial) statements
  • profit distribution, including distribution (declaration) of dividends for the reporting year
  • election of the Board of Directors
  • election of the Audit Commission
  • approval of the auditor
  • other matters in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and the Company's Charter
