New SIBUR Board of Directors elected

Moscow, 26 April. At OAO SIBUR Holding’s annual general meeting yesterday, shareholders elected a new Board of Directors. The following Directors form the Board:

1. Leonid Mikhelson - Chairman of the Board of OAO NOVATEK
2. Alexandr Dyukov - CEO of OAO Gazprom Neft
3. Ruben Vardanian– CEO of Troika Dialog, Advisor to the President of Sberbank of Russia and Managing Director of ZAO Sberbank CIB (Independent Director)
4. Oleg Golounin– Director of Moscow representative office, OOO LEVIT
5. Dmitry Konov – CEO, Chairman of the Management Board, OOO SIBUR
6. Vladimir Razumov– Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Executive Director, OOO SIBUR
7. Seppo Remes– General Director, OOO KIURU (Independent Director)
8. Ilya Tafintsev– Director, Strategic Projects, OAO NOVATEK
9. Gennady Timchenko– Member of the Board of Directors of OAO NOVATEK

At the first Board meeting held following the AGM, Leonid Mikhelson was re-elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Alexander Dyukov was re-elected as Deputy Chairman.
