Kirill Shamalov is appointed as SIBUR LLC Vice President for Administrative Business Support.

There has been no position of Vice President for Administrative Business Support in the Company’s organizational chart before.

In 2005 – 2008, prior to joining the Company, Kirill Shamalov worked in the RF Government Staff Office, as an advisor to the RF public civil service.
