OJSC «SIBUR Holding» transformed into CJSC «SIBUR Holding»

Moscow, January 25, 2011. The Interdistrict Federal Tax Agency Inspectorate of Russia no. 15 in St. Petersburg has officially registered changes in the constituent documents of SIBUR, according to which there has been a change in the type of organisational and legal form of the company. As of January 24, 2011, the official name of the holding company is Closed Joint Stock Company «SIBUR Holding» (CJSC «SIBUR Holding»). The previous name OJSC «SIBUR Holding» is effectively no longer is use in relation to the company’s operations. «SIBUR» LLC continues to serve as the management organisation of the CJSC «SIBUR Holding».
