SIBUR Shareholding in Mineral Fertilyzers JSC (Perm) Remains Unchanged at 3.15%

SIBUR continues to hold a 3.15% shareholding in Mineral Fertilizers JSC, based in the town of Perm. The SIBUR group of companies also holds an option to buy a further 48% of the company.

This option is recorded in the SIBUR Group’s consolidated statements. Neither the SIBUR Group nor any of its affiliates have increased their shareholdings or carried out other transactions involving shares of Mineral Fertilizers JSC
